The Atlanta Chapter of History of Black Gay America is proud to support RockStars Production as they present their Annual LABOR DAY ROCK brand for the 29th Annual Atlanta Black Gay Pride Celebration.
In partnership with Community & Producer Legends: Traxx Girls , Vision Community Foundation and The City of Atlanta Mayors division of LGBTQIA Affairs, Atlanta has hosted the Largest Black Gay Pride celebration in the country since the millennium.
This year's event will showcase an extensive range of legacy and new activities, including festivals, cultural programs, discussions, Awards Gala, and celebrations that highlight the contributions and experiences of Black LGBTQI+ people. The week longs event impacts positive change by fostering unity, understanding, and solidarity, Atlanta Black Pride aims to address the unique challenges faced by Black LGBTQI+ communities, including social injustice, discrimination, health disparities, and economic inequality.
The Atlanta Chapter of History of Black Gay America is proud to support Disco Heat: A Sylvester Musical Tribute for its 2nd return to Atlanta for one night only—August 30 at The Atrium during the 29th Annual Atlanta Black Pride Weekend.
Featuring live vocals, dazzling costumes, and storytelling that brings the Queen of Disco’s legacy to life, this tribute concert celebrates the power of music, pride, and Black queer excellence.

Global Black Pride Annual Conference (1st Atlanta Session)
The Atlanta Chapter of History of Black Gay America has been an official community & media partner for the Annual Atlanta Black Gay Pride celebration since 2009 via our founding partner, Meak Productions.
During the 1st Presence of Global Black Pride last year (2024), we was proud to be an official community partner at their 1st Atlanta conference in Midtown and their pride march over the weekend.
